Pierre le Bunnee & a contest
Okay, this is belated, but I just had to share this Easter card Jayne forwarded to me, that a friend had sent her. (Jayne, I hope you don’t mind.) Pierre le Bunnee. What can I say?
Also, you poetry lovers out there, in case you didn’t catch it in the comments, Amy is inciting people to post poetry. And I am grandfathered in, la la la. If you post a favorite poem by April 24 and go tell her it’s up there, she’ll enter your name in a drawing for a mystery prize. Maybe this:

Maybe this:

You just never really know.
Either way, it’s a good excuse to re-read some old favorite poems, and that’s always a good excuse to have.

Great Easter card! My Dad was mumbling something about roasting the bunny next week…

You know, I saw that same card at the store and thought of you right away. I almost bought it to send to you, actually. Wait a sec, I think I may have actually bought it, but never sent it. I’ll have to check. Eeek, can’t believe I might have possibly forgotten to send out an Easter card. Well, yeah I can. Life has been crazy lately. But I’m getting things back to normal.
I’ve been dropping by here, even if I’ve been silent, and I just want to say that your site has been so great at bringing a smile to my face this past month. Seriously Laura, I don’t know how dark my days would have been if I hadn’t started off HERE, and found a reason to smile some mornings. So – Thank you.
Jayne
LOL, I’m glad you enjoyed the card Laura. Though I’m sure most French people would stare at it and scratch their heads in bewilderment.

Well, Sébastien liked it, Jayne. 🙂
And thank you, dee! That means a lot. I’m glad you’re getting back to some kind of equilibrium. I know it’s been a tough time.
