Blame It on Paris: Mass Market, May 2010

Tor Forge will be re-releasing Blame It on Paris, this time in mass market paperback, in May 2010.  Check out the new cover!  Isn’t it romantic?  I have to say, the hero of the story would not be caught dead in a dolman-sleeved sweater, but I like the leaning tower of Eiffel.

Wow! Great cover! (I confess, I thought the first one was so clever, it was almost impossible to improve [upon?].) However, this is very eye-catching, even if the heroine doesn’t have curly blond hair!

Congrats on the reprint! Hope it sells like hotcakes! I might pick up a copy just to have one of each. 😀

  • Thanks, Joan! I, too, loved the first one. Alas, I resemble neither of my cover girls, but I think Sébastien is cuter than either of his. 🙂

  • Well hi! What fun to have you pop into the blogiverse! Glad to see that you’re being rereleased. I was just thinking about you the other day, wondering what you were up to these days, whether you’d added to your family since the last time you blogged, whether you finished the tale of the woman who inherited a perfume… farm? shop?, whether you were still making candied orange chocolates and so on and such. I still blame you for turning me into a chocolate obsessed woman. Hugs.

  • The hair is a *tad* too straight, Sue.

Laume, I think a chocolate-obsessed woman is born and not made. Surely I only nudged you along the path for which you were destined from birth. I hope you’re enjoying that path! I call it the Dark Chocolate Side.

I did finish the tale of the woman who inherited a rose farm (that produces for Dior), but it’s not scheduled for publication yet. I have been thinking of rewriting it but have another book I am finishing up right now. Fingers crossed! Thanks for stopping by despite my long absence from the blogiverse. 🙂

I just finished Blame It on Paris, which was a serendipitous choice at the book store. I cannot recall how many times I laughed out loud, and at the same time, I was on the verge of tears because your writing of your two families is so touching.. I am writing this at almost 2 a.m., as I could not put down your book–I started reading less than 24 hours ago. I am anxiously awaiting your next book, so I hope that it reaches the publisher soon. Meanwhile, I am going to “share” you with all of my reading friends. You have amazing ability to write with humor. I hope that you have a series of books about your adventures with your two families.
